As used in this policy, the terms "using" and "processing" information include using cookies on a computer, subjecting the information to statistical or other analysis and using or handling information in any way, including, but not limited to collecting, storing, evaluating, modifying, deleting, using, combining, disclosing and transferring information within our organization or among our affiliates or internationally.

We may use the User Information and the non-identifying information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the Mobile App, use the Services, or use certain other features in the following ways:
– To allow us to better service you in responding to your service requests.
– To send periodic emails regarding your Registered User’s requests and services, resolve disputes and/or troubleshoot problems.
– To perform analytics and conduct user research;
– To improve the quality of the Mobile App and the Services;
we will also automatically collect the following information: technical information, including the type of mobile device you use, the device identifier (for example, your device's IMEI number, the MAC address of the device's wireless network interface, or the mobile phone number used by the device), mobile network information, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser you use, time zone setting; details of your use of any of our Apps or your visits to any of our Mobile App including, but not limited to traffic data.
We also use location services to determine your current location. Some of our location-enabled Services require your personal data for the feature to work. If you wish to use the particular feature, you will be asked to consent to your data being used for this purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
3. PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
When you register with us through the Mobile App and become a Registered User and when you choose to post a comment, or when you wish to contact another Registered User, we will ask you for personally identifiable information. This refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Information"). Personal Identity Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, mailing address, phone number or other details required to provide you with the Services.
We collect Personal Information from you when you register on our Mobile App.
You can also register to join by logging into online accounts you may have with third party service providers ("SNS")(e.g. Facebook); each such account, a "Third Party Account", via our Mobile App as described below. As part of the functionality of the Mobile App or Service, you may link your account with Third Party Accounts, by either: (i) providing your Third Party Account login information to ZRE through the Mobile App or Service or; or (ii) allowing ZRE to access your Third Party Account, as is permitted under the applicable terms and conditions that govern your use of each Third Party Account. You represent that you are entitled to disclose your Third Party Account login information to ZRE and/or grant ZRE access to your Third Party Account (including, but not limited to, for use for the purposes described herein), without breach by you of any of the terms and conditions that govern your use of the applicable Third Party Account and without obligating ZRE to pay any fees or making ZRE subject to any usage limitations imposed by the applicable SNS. If you decide to register by logging into a Third Party Account via our Mobile App, we will obtain the Personal Information you have provided to the applicable SNS from your Third Party Accounts and use that information to create your ZRE account and you will become a Registered User. If there is information about your "friends" or people with whom you are associated in your Third Party Account, the information we obtain about those "friends" or people with whom you are associated, may also depend on the privacy settings such people have with the applicable SNS.
We also collect the other information that you provide as part of registration and the administration and personalization of your ZRE account profile (e.g., without limitation, zip code (on its own) and individual preferences or demographic information) ("Non-Identifying Information").
If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in every newsletter we sent you.
4. THIRD PARTY DISCLOSURE
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personal Information unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our Mobile App, in facilitating and providing the Services on our behalf, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep the Personal Information confidential and to not use it.
ZRE may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect or defend the rights or property of ZRE, (iii) investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person or the public, violations of ZRE's Terms of Service, or (iv) protect against legal liability.
ZRE may disclose your Personal Information with business partners with your consent. For example, but without limitation, if you elect to participate in a co-branded promotion, Personal and Non-Identifying Information that you may provide in that context will be shared as disclosed in the context of its collection.
ZRE also may share Non-Identifying Information in its discretion. ZRE may also disclose anonymous user statistics in order to describe the Services to current and prospective business partners and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
However, ZRE may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.
Our Mobile App is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
We use regular malware scanning.
Your Personal Information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
We implement a variety of security measures when a Registered User places an order to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
However, no communications over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, ZRE cannot guarantee absolute security of your Personal Information and you should take special care in deciding what Personal Information you choose to provide.
6. THIRD PARTY LINKS
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our Mobile App. The fact that we link to a website or present a banner ad or other type of advertisement is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. We do not exercise control over third party websites. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our Site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
7. CHANGE OR DELETION OF YOUR INFORMATION
All Registered User may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information in their registration profile by contacting us at [[email protected] or 79-301115] or editing the relevant part of their profile. If you would like us to cancel your ZRE account, please contact us or select the delete profile feature in the settings section and we will attempt to accommodate your request if we do not have any legal obligation or a legitimate business reason to retain the information contained in your ZRE account.
