The fundamental courses provided can help any candidate with no technical background to explore those technical paths and gain the skills needed. If you have no prior knowledge and interested in gaining knowledge in these paths, we highly recommend that you start with the LinkedIn introductory courses first here, and then continue with any fundamental certificate that you choose (check the table in the first question).
The deadline to complete all the modules for a specific certificate, send us a proof of completion (at firstname.lastname@example.org) and schedule the exam by end of April.
All the courses provided whether on LinkedIn or Microsoft are online and self-paced.
If you have paid for the exam with the card we have provided you, and scheduled an exam date, then no unfortunately you will not be able to change.
The LinkedIn courses contain introductory courses for the three technical Microsoft certificate. These courses provide background information if you do not have prior knowledge, and once you finalize you can earn badges. There is no exam after course completion.
The Microsoft courses are more advanced and specialized for each certificate. Once you finalize the modules for the certificate you choose, you will then have to sit for an exam, and if you successfully pass the exam, you will earn a Microsoft recognized certificate.
If you don’t have prior knowledge, we highly recommend that you take the fundamental course.

You should have present with you during the exam a valid passport. Any form of identification should include a signature, picture and shouldn't be expired.
Regarding a national ID that is only written in Arabic, please give us time to get back to you in regards to that.
For any other form of identification, please make sure to submit a ticket to PSI to get an approval of whatever form of identification you have valid.

Sure, you will have to send us an email with any form of ID present you have prior to your exam, to check how we can proceed on moving forward with your application.
Definitely, all the content on LinkedIn and the Microsoft certifications in Question 1 (As a beginner, how can I have a brief explanation of each course offering to help me choose) are for free.
You will not be paying anything from your end; we will be providing you with a credit card in which you can pay for the exam.
Yes, you should go through all the modules in one specific certificate, before submitting a proof of completion to us.
You have to complete all the Microsoft courses in one specific certificate, however, the LinkedIn courses are optional. If you don’t have prior knowledge in the certificate you are applying for, we highly recommend that you start with the LinkedIn courses first.
You can go through content for as many certificates as you want, but when scheduling for an exam, only one certification will be covered.
Unfortunately, if you fail/miss an exam, you will not be able to repeat it.

Complete the required system check on the same computer and in the same location from where you will test to ensure compatibility with online proctoring software.
Each certificate differs from the other, once you are scheduling an exam, you will be notified the duration of the exam before selecting a date.
The latest to sit for an exam is by June 7th, 2021.
Unfortunately, the exam will continue. If you face electricity cuts, it is better that you come and sit for your exam at BDD.
Make sure to submit a request form at least two weeks prior to your exam date here, to provide you with a space at BDD to do so.
